Hi, we have the software implemented. If we want to block all days in all apartments for a selected period of time, e.g. for renovations, operator vacation, etc. Is there an easy way to do this other than using the reservation system and making a fake booking for each room?

You can use the assignment rule n. 1, which will warn you before inserting reservations in those periods (it can be configured to show those periods as booked for users that are not administrator).
