Dear Marco,

The program is messed-up by my internet hoster. I therefore want to reinstall the software without having to reinstall the database. I prefer to reinstall the dati folder also because I suspect problems there too.

Can you tell me what the reinstallation procedure is for this purpose? I once tried to do this but it failed and I was not able to retrieve the backup I made.

- First export your database, then reinstall, drop/delete the database and load your old database again.
- Or you try and just copy the php files and then dont start the initialisation programm.
- Or you just use a different database name for the new installation and then set replace the database name with your old one.
