access problem crea_modelli.php

My ISP has transferred my account to another server. The result is an error:
you don't have permission to access crea_modelli.php on this server, additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encounteren while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request I get this error when attempting to change the internet template. I get similar errors when performing other functions
Who has experience with this problem? The directory has access rights 0755 and the specific file has rights 644.
