Can I send or receive money to use paypal without add bank account? I have a paypal account. I live in bangladesh. Paypal dose not support bangladeshi Banks. So I can't to add bank in paypal. Can I send or receive money to other paypal or alertpay account, also can buy from online shops to use paypal without add bank account?
