No-shows?

If a person makes a reservation but does not show up, currently the reservations stays forever on the main menu with "Check-in" button.

The only way to get rid of it is to delete it. But would it be possible to keep it somehow, just not show as still pending? A button "No-show" to hide it for example. Or just don't show it after the check-out date has passed. The reason why I want this is to see which clients did not show up so to require prepayment next time.

Of course if cancelled reservations did not disappear entirely but were just listed on a separate screen, it would be enough to just add field "cancellation reason" and it would be "no-show" in this case.

You can check-in and immediately after check out the reservation, so it won't show anymore at checkout time. From version 2.1 there are customized fields for clients which you could use to mark them as "no-show".
