HELP: Can't create the Availability template

HELP: Can't create the Availability template
I have tried to create the availability template with no success. When I click the button, php-residence tried to create the template but fails and just bringsthe headers and a line "Dates in drop-down menus: from". Please help me, I need the availability template running. am using the latest version of XAMPP and the latest of PHP-Residence. on windows Vista and using Firefox.Thank you.

Similar issue with most recent. It creates but will not load on the internet.
However I finally gave up and selected Delete which is under the 3 templates list, I only selected to delete the Availability Template then created it and it worked. Then updated & it quit, so deleted then created again and its okay again.
The PHP-Residence portion of site went on line on 25th of July 25th. 2010 www.playalindahotel.com
I am using Ubuntu but the everything is on a internet Linux web host.
Its the best reservation program I've found, I appreciate the Spanish and English capabilities as the hotel is in Mexico but I haven't mastered Spanish yet.
I will work a bit further with it before adding the Paypal interface.
