Adding a custom signature on booking request email response?

Hi...
Just a newbie here..
Which is the file to modify in order to include an email signature right above
"If you received this email without requesting it, it is because someone
with ip address 86.219.53.56 has used your email address in our form. In
this case you can ignore this message."
in the first automated response received by a customer?
