The menu bar on the mail screen of php-residence (directly after login) is not visible anymore. I cannot find an option to enable this menu. Who can help?

Hi, not sure who can help, but have you added a toolbar in your browser?

I would try shutting off some of your toolbars to expand the screen and see if that works.

If not, go into your server directories and see if accessing the start page from there changes anything -- In other words, are you on a blank page?

I do have toolbars installed. The problem appears however in Firefox, Chrome and IT

I understand, but until you turn off a bunch of toolbars and see if that solves your problem, I am going to believe it willsolve the problem.

The problem persists. In Chrome there's no toolbar anymore. Take a look at the attached immage.

Maybe you have base theme activated.
For menu you need simple theme.
To change, buton Configure and customize,
then Choose the graphic theme: simple ; change, ok.
Is it visible now?

Hi,

I went to your page and their is more free space at the top than on my login page, so I must admit you are correct, your menus are not being displayed. I have not found any place which controls the showing of menus or not in the settings, so I think you will have to wait to hear from Marco.

One silly idea, I am using IE, have you tried it?

I reinstalled the software: menu re-appeared. After restoring the backup, the menu was gone again. Is this a database option?

Does anyone know this issue? Is there a database reason for not showing the top menu?

The issue has still not been resolved. Am I the only person facing this issue?

I am still suffering from lack of the menu. I did the checks you asked but they dit not solve. Ik can send you an access code if you like

Make sure you have "simple" or "simple without javascript" selected for option "Choose the graphic theme" in configure and customize. Check that the permissions on dati folder are correct when you change the themes.
