automatic selection of the "for" field

Congratulations for the great software. I am using it for managing few apartments in Varna(Bulgaria). I changed the "for" field in the search page with the names of the apartments so the people can search the availability of the different apartments.
My site is very simple I have one page with the descriptions of the apartment and on every description there is a link to the check availability page.
The ting I want to do is when somebody click on the link of some apartment the same apartment to be automatically selected in the "for" (witch I put the name of the apartment) field.
Is it possible? How the URL will look like?
