Double reservation in the same time

I made a reservation for a room from sept 1 2009 until march 1 2010 and confirmed this.

From the internet I request a reservation from aug 31 2009 until september 18 2009 so ending in the reservation period. You get a message that the room is available
From the internet I request a reservation from aug 31 2009 until september 21 2009 so ending in the reservation period. You get a message that the room is NOT available
Both requests end in the reservation period and start before the reservation period.

The above problem leads to double reservations for the same room

Issue solved. This was caused because rule 2 was not applied to this room. The system looked for the wrong room. After correcting this rule 2, the issue was solved
