Bug when importing rules to new year in upgraded versions

There is a bug in version 0.6.4:

-IF php-residence was upgraded from a previous versions and not installed from scratch

-IF you never restored a backup after upgrading to 0.6.4

then probably the assignment rules 2 and 3 were not imported from 2006 when the new 2007 year was created. You will have to insert them again in 2007 and, if you had already inserted reservations from 2007, modify them assigning the apartments manually.
