database tweaks and documents variables

Hi and great thanks for the work,

i've made some adds in the prenota$anno table and i can't figure how to re-use a new field in documents.

What is done :

* adding new var type_box in visualizza_contratto_var.php and variabili_contratto.php
* adding ${"type_box_".$num1} = risul_query($dati_prenota,0,'type_box'); in visualizza_contratto.php
* use of [type_box] var in rtf doc.

what am i missing in the process ?
