Hi
First of all , thanks for making this software open source.
We intend to use this as a stand alone installation for one of our clients in UK. Primarily they do not want to use cloud services , hence have no option but to install and configure the open source version of hoteldruid.
Doubts.
1) As I understand , there are 2 add on modules a) booking engine b) channel manager.
On your site , it says that the booking engine ( 2 website pages ) can be purchased and used with the stand alone installation , though the ( Interconnection to Synchronize Reservations with Booking.Com, Expedia.com and Venere.Com) says it can be purchased for 125 euros, but it not currently downloadable.
Is this the same as the channel manager ? A little confused here with functionality of the channel manager and the ( Interconnection to Synchronize Reservations with Booking.Com, Expedia.com and Venere.Com)
Also can I only use the channel manager & booking engine from your hosting solution with the rest of the software installed as a stand alone.?
Would be obliged if you can clear these doubts , as we intend to take a decision with the client this week.

Hello Anuj,
the booking engine module is different from the channel manager module. The channel manager is never going to be released for external hosting as I take responsibility with portals. To use the modules you have to use the copy of hoteldruid on the digitaldruid.net hosting, but you can have a read-only copy on another computer as explained here:
