Question to Marco:
As I have to make something on my server - I want to change the date back (it has nothing to do with PHPR), let's say I will change my server date to year 2005 or whatever, my question is - will it damage PHPR database or .php scripts - how is PHPR script "connected" to the server date? Does it use cron? I know that every year it generates new php files automatically and blocks off previous year.
What is the best way to do it - shall I put down that website with PHPR, block access through .htaccess or put entire Apache server down or ..? What is the best way to do it? I want to change something and put the date back on. Thanks!
One technical question

If you don't use php-residence while the date is back you should have no problems. Otherwise there may be some problems, for example reservations that are consided fixed because are already begun may be moved again.
