Join customers

Every booking from booking.com creates a new customer even the same customer books more than one. It would be nice if I could join two or more customers to one.

Hello,
there was a bug, now the same customer should be used again if he has same name and email.

HI Marco, since booking changed how emails are handled, we now get an alias, we never get the real email from the client.
So if the same client books twice we get 2 different emails that go to different inboxes in the booking.com intranet (hence not being able to use email as a unique identifier)
Frank, do you have a suggestion on how to tackle this?
