Money format

Bonjour from France and thank you for this great program which I try to set for a small hotel of 11 rooms where I work. I was wondering if it was possible to format costs with two decimals even is the amount is for example 50 Euros. So to have in documents displayed 50,00 Euros instead of 50 euros.
Also the variable [today] is empty in my documents. Am I doing something wrong or did I oversee a detail.
Some variables show underscores if they are empty. Is there a way to get rid of these ?
