Is there a way to organize reports as to arrival date/ departure date, maybe an checked in report?

Not really finding a lot of info on this. But need to know what command to enter the number of nights into a document. Like an email confirmation from a reservation.

I am using HD as a front desk only option right now. So I dont have online portals, bookings, etc.
I have been looking thru the post to see if its possible to have thunderbird send the emails(confirmations, Etc.). Is this possible?
Copy and paste works okay I just want less clicks...
