I also think an english version of php-residence has real potential. Marco is the core developer of php-residence. It's compulsory that Marco supports this. It can't be done without him. I don't know his mind and plans on this.

Php-Residence is a nice project - congratulations!!!

I think, it may be a good idea to allow people to contribute code to this project. The fact, that this is actually not possible is a limitation to this project. Do you have plans to allow this in the future?
