Yes there is button called "reservations" on the menu bar at the top, you can choose between arrivals, departure and future. Also there you can make a document to personalize your report using custom variables and styles.

Yes there is a default variable for that info you need, in spanish is calle "[num_periodos]" it equals to the number of nights from the reservation. You should search to their equivalent in english anyway that variable should work independently to the language in which you have configured ...
