My Availability_tpl could not be loaded: Firefox will prompt on what to do with Availability_tpl.php. For Availability_calendar_tpl, nothing is been not loading: just a blank screen. However rates_table_tpl is able to be loaded. File permissions are in 777 and file ownership is www-data.
