I installed XAMPP but now i don't know where I should put php-residence to view it with xampp. Any help?

I know that I have to change sripts somehow, but I do not know which and how. I really appreciate any help !!!

I installed php residence but when I try to create database it comes:

You don't have permission to access /php-residence/creadb.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I changed permission in 755.

I have PHP nad mysql on cPanel through which I managing my web pages. There is no instruction how to instal PHP-residence directly on server. So how to instal it on server not on windows ?
