I`ve tested the javascript date picker in the availability form and it works fine for me!
tested on WinXP sp2 IE version 6.0.2900.2180
also tested on IE 5.5 and 5.01 from
http://www.quirksmode.org/browsers/multipleie.html
and no problems there!
