Email with incorrect encoding in the subject

Hello,

Hoteldruid seems to send the emails with an incorrect encoding of the subject. For my booking confirmation I often use SMS and my Email2SMS-Provider has problems to send the texts correctly if I use german umlauts in the subject. The email body has the correct encoding.

For example: In the subject I write: "TEST äöüÄÖÜß (all german umlauts)" and I receive: "TEST € (all german umlauts)".
That is why my provider sometimes cannot distribute the messages.

Please ensure that the subject is sent with the correct encoding (utf-8).
Thank you very much

Hello Frank,
I've added the use of utf-8 in email subject to the TODO list for next versions.

Best regards,
Marco
