Hi Marco,

I have a reservation with more than one room and want to send a confirmation email.

Booking# Room Name E-Mail
123 1 Foo foo@example.org
124 2 Foo foo@example.org
125 3 Foo foo@example.org

I select "all", open the confirmation document and the form with the confirmation-email comes up. In the email-field is filled with the customers email three times.

Our rooms are often booked by companies for their assemblymen and there is one confirmation and one bill for ten rooms. If I don't pay attention the customer gets the email ten times.

Hello Frank,
if you include at least one reservations repetition [r]...[/r] in the text of the email document then only one email will be created for multiple reservations.
