template to check availability does not display

I am using wamp 2.0i / php 5.3.0 / mysql 5.1.36 on a laptop running windows 7 using firefox.

I installed 1.2.2 zip and all seems to be working except when I click on "Availability Template" button I only get:

"Dates in drop-down menus: from [ Jan 01 Fr, 2010] to [ ]" {note the second drop down box is blank}

and nothing else (Availability Calendar template and Rates template both work ok).

I have previously downloaded 1.2.2 tar.gz and loaded it on a linux computer and Availability Template works fine.

Any suggestions.

Template does not display on internet with 1.3 (but only after making a modification)
Current solution I found - Delete in the screen before where you have option of deleting all templates change and only delete this template. Create the perfect template and create - it then works.

this is a php 5.3 bug, for which there is a workaround in php-residence 1.3.
