Problem with extra costs

Hello,
I want to insert an extra cost for late check-out. It should be 50% from the price for one day. But if I use 50% of the rate hoteldruid takes 50% of the complete price.
For example
4 nights with 25€ per night: 100€ to pay
50% of the rate is: 50€
It should be 12,50€ (the rate for one day)
Please can someone help me to handle this?
